Good morning! I'd be happy to tell you about my experience. BeadifulBABY went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's 1st Birthday was special. The charm my daughter received was beautiful and priceless! I was deployed at the time of my order and Customer Service Representative Shelli was AWESOME! She really went out of her way to make this day special for my daughter. There was a slight delay in the process and she was very courteous and provided timely updates throughout the ordering process and really did everything she could to make sure my daughter had a gift for her birthday. Absolutely gorgeous....I wanted to give new baby sister the identical cross that I had given her sister just a little over 2 years ago (yes a beautiful surprise and blessing). I thought this would be easy but was more difficult than I first thought. I ordered the necklace that I thought I would have to settle with (white Gold setting and chain...... Beautiful but not what I wanted. In time I was able to return the white gold and order the 14 kt gold setting and chain with pearl cross..... Most beautiful piece and will make a nice keepsake as well.
