Our founder, Shelli Galbraith, started her family-owned jewelry company, BeadifulBABY, to furnish families with beautiful, heirloom custom jewelry for their children to commemorate their special occasions. She did this while creating enduring connections with her customers and providing the highest-quality exclusive jewelry with excellent care after every order.
Her My First Pearls® pearl jewelry and Grow-With-Me® baby bracelet collections were the first jewelry lines she introduced in 2005. Later, she expanded to her Create-A-Pearl® line of fine pearl jewelry to allow customers to build their daughters' and grandaughters' own pearl necklaces one exquisite pearl at a time. These exclusive BeadifulBABY trademarked jewelry collections are personalized jewelry lines customers can customize the way they want and continue to add to as their child grows.
All pearls used in these trademarked brands are exquisite top 1 - 3% in the world freshwater and akoya cultured pearls and are selected by Shelli, a GIA Pearls Graduate, and a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional. She has over 18 years experience selecting the finest cultured pearls from the most respected pearl farms and pearl dealers in the world.

More Than Just A Business
it’s a family affair
Introducing Our Family
Shelli has three beautiful children, Ashley, Alex, and Katie, who have grown up working alongside her. She continues to be inspired by the wonderful customers who share their stories and children with us.
Ashley is a Chemical Physics major at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusettes, and an active college softball player. At the same time, Alex excels in academics and plays baseball for his high school with dreams of attending West Point Army to study mathematical sciences and physics. Katie, Shelli's youngest daughter, is excited to start middle school and loves to learn, play the oboe, and sing. She also plans to attend Wellesley College, where she will study astrophysics in the physics and astronomy departments.
Shelli has a Bachelor's in Business Computer Information Systems (BCIS), a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic management, and a Master's in Educational Psychology in Gifted and Talented. She is completing her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology in Gifted and Talented, her Masters in Teaching, and her teaching certification. She actively researches gifted and talented perfectionism, dyslexia, and math and reading comprehension, as she and her children are GT, and she and two children have dyslexia. She understands the commitment to education and plays an active role in having an impact in these areas.
