Dear Shelli, My wife and I can not even begin to express our thanks and appreciation for beautiful baby jewelry. The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely helpful. I was unsure which size locket and chain to order, and he was very knowledgable about all the product options and made choosing a breeze. I was so happy that I called rather than making an uneducated guess when placing the order online. In addition, he told me that I could choose different fonts for the front and back of the locket, which I didn't know was an option. I felt confident that my preferences would be clear to those fulfilling the order since they were written by someone so well-acquainted with the process. My order was shipped the next day and arrived in time for my daughter's birthday, which I was worried about since it was only eight days after I placed the order. She loved the locket, especially the engraving, and it was exactly what I had wanted to give her for her 10th birthday. I would order from BeadifulBABY again without hesitation and would encourage others to call for expert customer service and assistance. The only recommendation I would make is to do more advertising or promoting of your company online, because it was only after weeks of searching and by some stroke of luck that I discovered BeadifulBABY. This was my first experience with BeadifulBABY! I went on line looking for a First Communion bracelet for my grandniece! I found a unique bangle that could also be engraved. Upon ordering I added instructions about the engraving! The next day I received a phone call from the company! They advised me and guided me through the process! The bracelet arrived , beautifully packaged! Sadly, it was too small! BeadifulBABY went out of their way to credit me for the purchase! Helped me pick out a replacement, and sent me a return mailing label! Shelli was in constant email contact with me to insure I was 100% satisfied! My Grandniece wore her new charm bracelet to school the next day ! PS. They even engraved both sides of one of the charms! I was extremely pleased with the company!
