Our founder, Shelli Galbraith, launched BeadifulBABY as a family-owned jewelry company dedicated to providing families with exquisite, heirloom-quality custom jewelry that celebrates their children's special occasions. Through her craftsmanship and commitment to excellence, she has built enduring relationships with her customers while ensuring they receive the finest, most exclusive jewelry alongside unparalleled service.
In 2005, she introduced her first jewelry collections: My First Pearls® pearl jewelry and Grow-With-Me® baby bracelets. These groundbreaking lines were just the beginning. Shelli later expanded her offerings with the Create-A-Pearl® line, empowering customers to design unique pearl necklaces for their daughters and granddaughters—one stunning pearl at a time. Each of our trademarked collections at BeadifulBABY is fully customizable, allowing families to create personalized pieces that can be cherished and added to as their children grow.

Introducing Our Family
Shelli is the proud mother of three remarkable children, Ashley, Alex, and Katie, who have grown up contributing to and supporting the family business. Their dedication to education, perseverance, and service reflects the same values that guide the BeadifulBABY family.
Her eldest daughter, Ashley, is pursuing a double major in Chemical Physics and German at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, while also competing as a member of Wellesley’s softball team. In addition to her studies at Wellesley, she takes courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Ashley continues to excel academically and athletically, earning the prestigious Easton/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2023–2024 academic year.
Alex is an exceptional student, earning an impressive 35 ACT, and a dedicated varsity baseball player at Lone Star High School. In recognition of his academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to service, Alex was appointed to the United States Military Academy at West Point, Class of 2030. At West Point, he plans to pursue a double major in Nuclear Engineering and World Language: Chinese, preparing for a future of leadership and service to our country.
Alex also plays an important role in the daily operations of the family business. Each morning before school, he ships customer packages, demonstrating the same sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to family that guides everything we do at BeadifulBABY.
Katie, the youngest of the trio, brings energy, curiosity, and determination to everything she does. She competes in track and field for her middle school in the 300-meter hurdles and also pitches for her softball team. Katie has a natural love for math, science, and ELAR, and she enjoys learning about the world around her. She hopes to pursue an excellent education at a fine liberal arts college, though she is still exploring where that path may lead.
Katie also plays an important role in the family business, often helping pack orders and carefully selecting items for gift packaging to ensure each customer receives something truly special. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to help reflect the family spirit that makes BeadifulBABY so meaningful to us.
Shelli’s educational journey reflects the same dedication to learning and perseverance she encourages in her children. She holds four college degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Business Computer Information Systems (BCIS), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management, a Master’s in Educational Psychology concentrating on Gifted and Talented education, and a Master’s in Teaching. She also holds a Texas teaching certification and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Gifted and Talented education at the University of North Texas, where she serves as a Teaching Fellow.
Shelli’s research focuses on the social, emotional, and developmental experiences of gifted and high-ability learners, including topics such as maladaptive perfectionism, performance-based self-worth, growth and fixed mindsets, classroom learning environments, and factors that support healthy talent development. Through her research and teaching, she is committed to advancing understanding and educational practices that help gifted students thrive both academically and personally.
